Shayla recently moved to Oregon and is now officially accepting clients at Heal Grow Thrive!

Shayla Thompson, LAc

Biography

Shayla is ready to meet you and your body, wherever you are on your journey. She has worked with thousands of bodies from over thirty countries. Her passions exist in integrating multi-cultural medicinal and spiritual practices to enrich daily life. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities in addition to acupuncture such as cupping, moxibustion, herbal medicine, etc. in order to guide each person with healing to support living life more fully and freely.

Shayla is an Oregon State Licensed Acupuncturist and Nationally Board certified by the NCCAOM. She has completed additional training at the Paititi Institute of Sacred Valley, Peru in shamanic medicine and permaculture. Holistic nutrition and various forms of meditation have been her main topics of self-study. Shayla received her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the World Medicine Institute of Honolulu, Hawaii in 2017.
