ILEANA BOURLAND, LAc
Licensed Acupuncturist
Ileana’s focus is in heart-centered service. This starts with really listening to her patients - the history, as well as physical and energetic signs and symptoms. Listening allows her to focus on what is in each person’s highest good, today and in the long-term, and creates a space that allows their own capability for self-healing to shine.
Ileana is an Oregon State Licensed Acupuncturist and Nationally Board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has completed additional training at the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and in southern India in Ayurveda. Ileana received her Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Austin, TX in 2000.

LIZ LARSEN, LAc
Licensed Acupuncturist
Liz’s approach makes you feel heard and empowered to heal! She is passionate about anatomy and utilizes orthopedic approaches to help you reach your goals. Each treatment is uniquely designed for the individual and within her acupuncture treatments she uses various modalities: cupping, moxibustion, herbal medicine, etc. She understands that you are more than your aches and pains and within you is an innate ability to heal and live your best life.
Liz is an Oregon State Licensed Acupuncturist and Nationally Board certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has completed a Sport’s Medicine Apprenticeship with Whitfield Reeves. Liz received her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Oregon’s College of Oriental Medicine in 2018.

Dr. Kyle Rhodes, DSOM, LAc
Licensed Acupuncturist
Kyle creates a supportive, therapeutic space to return to the body and to reinstill faith in its healing power. She has particular interest in treating acute and chronic pain as well as the regulation of emotions and mind. Kyle takes care to have a trauma-informed lens and supplements the modalities of East Asian medicine with other gentle therapeutic modalities such as tuning forks, craniosacral therapy and myofascial release.
Kyle is licensed in Acupuncture in the state of Oregon and is a board certified Diplomate of Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She earned her doctorate in Classical Chinese Medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR in 2018. Kyle is trained in medical Qigong from the Jin Jing Gong lineage and has had a personal Qigong practice since 2014. Kyle acknowledges that many of these practices are not of her culture and proceeds in honoring the lineages and teachers through which they came.

MAX ZIESMER, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Max has wanted to help people with massage therapy since high school. He has a talent for deep tissue massage, muscle stripping, and trigger point therapy while also incorporating other techniques that he has learned throughout the years. One of Max's greatest gift is his quiet, calm, gentle energy as well as his detailed knowledge of anatomy.
Max is an Alaska native. He received his massage therapy training at the Sage School of Massage Therapy and Aesthetics and Central Oregon Community College in 2017.
Max is our deep tissue specialist.

SANDY VAALA, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Sandy holds a unique qualification among massage therapists. She has been a practicing massage therapist for 27 years. A rare jewel indeed!
Sandy has a special touch, especially where joints are concerned. She has additional training and specialization in lymphatic drainage and well as several types of abdominal massage.
Sandy is our specialist in fertility, women's health, detoxification, and digestive issues.

APRIL MCCABE, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
April is a recent transplant from Bellingham, WA, where she graduated from Whatcom Community College's massage program. There she received a rigorous and well-rounded education about the body and the healing powers of massage.
April's goal is to create a space for you to discover and explore what your body needs to find wholeness and work together towards a state of optimum health. She believes that in order to truly achieve a healthy body we must focus less on treating a symptom and more on treating the mind, body, and soul as a whole.
She approaches each client with an open mind and the respect and understanding that you know your body best. Massage allows her to help bring awareness to your body and how it is functioning while also helping to provide relief. April focuses on creating a grounding and comfortable space for you to relax and heal. During sessions, she use a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Techniques along with her intuition.

STEVEN MILLS, LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Steven had a natural inclination to become a massage therapist early on. He finally took the plunge to enroll in the COCC massage therapy program after experiencing treatment with massage and acupuncture.
Steven has a thirsty mind. He is passionate about learning in general and, specifically, about massage therapy. When approached with a new problem he does research and consults with his peers and advisers to design and implement an effective treatment strategy.
He is known for his intuitive and healing touch, his ability to incorporate a variety of massage techniques into a one hour massage, as well as the improved therapeutic results of his treatments.
